How Can I Become an Urrea Distributor? 

To begin the process, you need to be registered with the tax authorities and have an establishment. If you meet these requirements, continue by filling out the form on our "Become a Distributor" section (Add link to section), and one of our advisors will contact you as soon as possible. 

 

Where Can I Buy Urrea Products? 

Find your favorite products through our extensive network of distributors in the "Where to Buy?" section (Add link to section) and locate your nearest distributor. 

 

How Can I Locate a Urrea Service Center (CSAT)? 

You can locate the nearest CSAT to you in the "Where to Buy?" section (Add link to section) by switching the tab on the map to "Service Centers." 

 

How Do I Apply the Warranty for My Product? 

At Grupo Urrea, we guarantee our products against manufacturing and workmanship defects with replacement or repair as long as they are used under normal conditions. 

Service for Manual Tools: To validate the warranty for a manual tool, you must present the product and the receipt or invoice at the establishment where the purchase was made. 

Service for Power Tools: To validate the warranty for a power tool, you should visit the nearest Authorized Urrea Service Center (CSAT) based on their specialty. Present the product along with the filled and stamped warranty card or receipt.  

This warranty will not be effective when: 

- The tool has been used under conditions other than normal. 

- The product has been altered from its original composition. 

- Repairs have been carried out by unauthorized individuals in the Urrea service scheme. 

The warranty starts from the date of the sales receipt or invoice, or the stamp with the distributor's delivery date (as indicated in this policy).

How Can I Make a Return? 

If you're planning to make a return in Mexico, it's necessary to contact the distributor from whom you made the purchase to verify their terms and conditions for returns. 

 

For returns in the United States or Colombia, please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to "My Purchases" to display your recent orders.
  2. Select the order.
  3. Choose the product you want to return and select an option from the Return Reason menu.
  4. Choose your preferred return method.
  5. Print the return label and the return authorization.
  6. Attach your return label and pack your products for return.

Pack your product securely, following the instructions provided when you requested the return. 

You can check the status of a return or refund in "My Orders" by selecting "View Return or Refund Status" next to the corresponding order.
