   After communicate to Urrea the will to begin the return process of a product, the Client will have five (5) business days to send the logistics guide for the return of the products, if the products are not sent in this days, it will be understood that the Client doesn’t need the return of his money. In any case, the shipping costs will be pay by the client.

   The return of the money will be by PayPal and the client can have this amount in his account over a period of five business days.

   All products that were elaborated, manufactured, assembled, cut or prepared according to the specifications of the Client or those that were personalized in accordance to the request of the Client will be exempt from return.

   10.Suspensions or intermittences.

   Urrea reserves the right to do any modifications, maintenance or improvements to the site at any time, with or without notice. If in consequence from these actions the site was temporarily in suspension, had intermittence in its service or any other case, it will not be the responsibility of Urrea nor the distributor.

   11.Responsibility of the Client.
